LawnFix does not intend to store customers’ complete payment-card details on its own website.

9. Product Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, LawnFix may contact the customer regarding the order.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment handling will be carried out in accordance with applicable law.
10. Delivery
LawnFix currently does not publish a fixed delivery timeframe or specific courier because delivery arrangements are still being finalised.
Available delivery options, charges and applicable delivery information will be communicated during the ordering process or through subsequent customer communication.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
LawnFix cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
11. Returns and Refunds
LawnFix does not currently offer voluntary returns or exchanges.

LawnFix does not currently offer customer-initiated order cancellations after an order has been placed.
However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
